Two cooperating and friendly hotels and restaurants are looking for an employee (m/f/d) for back office & office management, assistance and secretarial services to support us in the organization and planning of the operations as well as in the optimization of operational processes.

Locations and workplaces are Simmerath and Monschau as well as Remote.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Execution of classic commercial, administrative and organizational activities: e.g. processing offers, creating invoices, monitoring payments, recording receipts as part of digitization, etc.
  • Taking over secretarial and assistant activities, letters, e-mails and notes
  • Correspondence with suppliers, customers and guests
  • Direct and telephone customer contact for organizational and booking-related topics
  • Independent implementation of financial and payroll accounting
  • Preparation of monthly business analyses

Job requirement:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Experience in financial and payroll accounting, ideally using Addison and/or DATEV accounting software
  • Quick comprehension and high discipline
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills and a keen sense of precision
  • Clean and error-free written expression in German
  • Written and spoken English, additional languages an advantage
